适用环境:SUN T4设备主板故障需要更换主板
故障涉及范围:修改默认启动设备路径

  1. 准备工作
    1.1工具准备:串口线、console线、镙丝刀
    1.2软件准备:CRT或其它远程管理登录软件、Oracle System Handbook

2.收集故障设备信息
2.1 设备可以正常启动系统在系统中收集以下信息:

prtdiag –v 查看主板及各部件状态

  # dmesg      查看系统启动信息
  # eeprom     查看eeprom设置信息

3收集信息完毕,关闭操作系统,关闭电源,按照handbook更换步骤更换主板
3.1 将更换前设备主板拍照记录内存位置,线缆连接情况
3.2 将故障主板内存条拆下按原位置安装到新主板内存插槽
3.3 拧开机器尾部PCI挡板两颗镙钉,拆下PCI卡上面挡板,拆下PCI卡
3.4 拧开主板顶端位置5颗镙钉,拔掉机器与主板连接线缆。
3.5 取下故障主板,安装新主板到设备中,检查线缆连接、内存位置

4.设置设备自启动路径
4.1设备加电,记录开机启动日志。
-> start /SYS
-> start /SP/console

4.2 如果更换的是新主板,原SP(ILOM卡)可能与主板firmware版本不匹配,信息如下: 需要升级firmware版本或更换回故障主板SP卡
